Clear Chicken soup Chicken Clear soup yummy and tasty fulfilling snacks option.It is very easy to make,also all the ingredients are easily available in any supermarket. Ingredients 1 cup chicken (shredded) 1/2 cup carrot (cut in thin strips) 1/3 cup  capsicum(cut in thin strips) 1/2 cup  spring onions stalks(copped) 1-2     spring onions bulbs (chopped) 1 tsp    ginger(chopped finely) 2 tsp    garlic(chopped finely) 1 tsp    green chillies(chopped finely) 5 cups  chicken stock Pepper as per taste Salt to taste 1 tbsp   Butter Method Heat a saucepan, add butter, ginger, garlic cloves,green chillies, spring onions bulbs and saute for a minute. Now add carrot, capsicum, spring onions stalks, shredded chicken, salt, pepper and saute for a minute. Then , add chicken stock and cook until it boiled.
