Cabbage Chana Sabzi

Cabbage chana sabzi is a simple yet tasty dish. It can be eaten with and dal rice. I shared this recipe to my beginner's audience who just started cooking. This recipe is very easy to make, with very ingredients.   Cabbage is a very good source of fibres and many other micronutrients and chana give protein pack to this recipe. Ingredients 1 small-sized Cabbage (sliced)
3 Onion (sliced)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 cup Chana Dal (soaked at least 2 hours)
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1-2 green chillies (finely chopped)
5-6 Curry leaves
3-4 Garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin + coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil

Potato Sesame Stirred Fry is one of my experiments which come out as delicious, lip-smacking side dish for dals, curries etc. It has very few ingredients to cook and very easy to make. This can be a change from your regular potato sabzi. the sesame in it gives this dish a new texture and look also a nutty flavour Ingredients 2 medium potatoes (cut in the stick) 1 tbsp refined flour 1 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp cumin + coriander powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp ginger & garlic (chopped) 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp red chilli sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tbsp sesame (white)  ½ tbsp oil  Salt to taste Oil for frying

Garlicky palak paneer rice with palak raita  is very easy to make and full of nutritious goodness your kid will love this .so give your kid the best and make them as soon as possible

Ingredients for rice Spinach          100g (blanched n pureed) Boiled rice     1.1/2 cup Paneer            150g(cut in cubes) Tomatoes       1(chopped) Onions           1(chopped) Garlic             8-9 cloves (chopped) Salt                 to taste 
Parsley           1-2 tsp Oil                  2 tbsp 
Method of preparation

6 bread slice
1 medium-sized tomato (sliced)
1 medium-sized cucumber (sliced)
1 big potato (boiled and sliced)
1 medium beetroot  (boiled and sliced)
2-3 tbsp mint chutney
1-2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
Chaat masala as per taste
2 tbsp butter
