"Chicken fry" a very popular and a well-known dish all over the world every folk as it owns unique recipes. So that what I am sharing today my family's a must to make dish during family get together or dawats(lunch/dinner)
Actually my momma as way old tradition of making a list of dishes for a single dawat which makes our table full with different dishes and we all have to hold our plates in hands or laps like a buffet to eat ....haha joke apart. Here the thing I want to point is .....in this dishes full of the table we have this Chicken Fry a must recipe.
This recipe is very very easy to make and can be made any cuts of Chicken you like with bone, legs, boneless etc. This Chicken can be eaten as a starter, side dish for dal chawal, biryani, Pulau etc. It tastes delicious and juicy from inside so when confused what makes for guest give this recipe a try ... I m sure you're guests love this so making your guests and family happy without much efforts just marinate and fry. This yummy Chicken Fry. Let's start with the recipe
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1-1/2 tbsp hara masala
1 tbsp tandoori chicken masala
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
1/2 tsp gram masala powder
Salt to taste
1tbsp Refined flour
Oil for frying
Method of preparation
- In a mixing bowl, add chicken, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, hara masala, tandoori chicken masala, Kashmiri red chilly powder, salt, cornflour and refined flour. Mix all the ingredients very well.
- And now leave the chicken for marination for about 3-4 hour (if urgent, marinate it for at least 15 - 30 mins).
- After the Chicken has been marinated. Deep fry them in a kadhai until well cooked and crisp.
- The Chicken Fry is ready to serve as a starter, side dish with dal rice, biryani, pulao etc.
