"Hara masala is the main and core ingredient of all my recipes from curries to marinate in chicken I use this masala other than ginger-garlic paste ... Green Chillies 300 g
Garlic cloves 200 g
Ginger (cut into small pieces)200 g
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
- In mixer-jar, add green chillies, garlic, ginger salt and grind until smooth.
- Then add oil and grind for few more minute to make it more smooth.
- The hara masala is now ready to use in various marination, curry, sabzi etc
- Note: it can be stored in air-tight containers under refrigerator up to 1-2 months.
