Chicken crunch strips is a crunchy delicious dish. It is a fancy name for a simple, easy, flavourful recipe. Which needs few ingredients. Basically, it is a cornflakes-crusted chicken which is juicy from inside and crunchy from outside. I am pretty sure you all will love this recipe as much as I and my family love it.
I made this recipe first time on my birthday on that day I am just thinking let's make something delicious to eat so I started searching something to make in my refrigerator and find some boneless chicken so I thought I will make herbed chicken cutlets but I find we are missing some ingredients to make cutlet in our grocery supplies and suddenly packet of corn flakes caught my eyes and there you go idea for making chicken crunch strips emerged.

Shami kebab is also famous for iftar during  Ramadan. It gives one's a feeling of fullness and is very nutritious. My family love this we often made this at home simply as an evening snack or a starter for our meals I personally love eating this delicious Shami kabab with dal rice.

Cheesy Chicken Masala, one of my creation invented while making normal chicken masala. I am a person who loves playing with flavour. That day I have started my preparation to chicken masala then I realized there is no gram masala then in our pantry. So looking for something to put in the chicken masala. I saw Chinese sauce, some cheese and dried mixed herb in my refrigerator and there you go... The idea for cheesy chicken masala arrives in my head and I like that this "cheesylicious", delicious has been invented. I will assure you that you all love this recipe. "Hara masala is the main and core ingredient of all my recipes from curries to marinate in chicken I use this masala other than ginger-garlic paste ... Green Chillies 300 g
Garlic  cloves 200 g
Ginger (cut into small pieces)200 g
Oil 1  tbsp
Salt 1 tsp

MethodIn mixer-jar, add green chillies, garlic, ginger salt and grind until smooth.Then add oil and grind for few more minute to make it more smooth.The hara masala is now ready to use in various marination, curry, sabzi etcNote: it can be stored in air-tight containers under refrigerator up to 1-2 months.

MethodDry roast cumin, coriander seeds, poppy seeds and fennel seeds.Then grind all the ingredients above together in fine powder. Sieve the powder and it ready to use.Store it in an airtight glass jar. 
Note: you can store the masala in air-tight containers for 9-8 months.
