 Cabbage Chana Sabzi Cabbage chana sabzi is a simple yet tasty dish. It can be eaten with and dal rice. I shared this recipe to my beginner's audience who  just started cooking. This recipe is very easy to make, with very ingredients.    Cabbage is a very good source of fibres and many other micronutrients and chana give protein pack to this recipe. Potato Sesame Stirred Fry is one of my experiments which come out as delicious, lip-smacking side dish for dals, curries etc. It has very few ingredients to cook and very easy to make. This can be a change from your regular potato sabzi. the sesame in it gives this dish a new texture and look also a nutty flavour Ingredients 2 medium potatoes (cut in the stick) 1 tbsp refined flour 1 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp cumin + coriander powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp ginger & garlic (chopped) 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp red chilli sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tbsp sesame (white)  ½ tbsp oil  Salt to taste Oil for frying Method of preparation Take a bowl, add refined flour, cornflour, and salt mix well and then coat washed potato sticks in this mix Now deep fry them until golden brown and crisp, keep it aside. garlicky palak paneer rice with palak raita Garlicky palak paneer rice with palak raita  is very easy to make and full of nutritious goodness your kid will love this .so give your kid the best and make them as soon as possible Ingredients for rice   Spinach          100g (blanched n pureed) Boiled rice     1.1/2 cup Paneer            150g(cut in cubes) Tomatoes       1(chopped) Onions           1(chopped) Garlic             8-9 cloves (chopped) Salt                 to taste  Parsley           1-2 tsp Oil                  2 tbsp  Method of preparation Heat oil in the pan, add paneer cubes n fry till golden brown, remove n keep aside. Now add green chillies, garlic and saute for 1 min and add onions and cook till light brown. Then add tomatoes and cook well for 2 min.    Now add spinach puree, salt and cook till oil separates. Then add rice n mix well, add fried paneer, Parsley mix well n  cook for a 1 min. Serve hot with raita.

It as a refreshing flavour and aroma with the tanginess from tamarinds. Hara Masala "Hara masala is the main and core ingredient of all my recipes from curries to marinate in chicken I use this masala other than ginger-garlic paste ... I know its the same just with green chillies but trust me it gives another flavour to my recipes, thus I have shared this with all of you to get the same taste of my recipes..let me know how it comes for you in the comment box below and don't forget to follow by email." Ingredients Green Chillies 300 g Garlic  cloves 200 g Ginger (cut into small pieces)200 g Oil 1  tbsp Salt 1 tsp Method In mixer-jar, add green chillies, garlic, ginger salt and grind until smooth. Then add oil and grind for few more minute to make it more smooth. The hara masala is now ready to use in various marination, curry, sabzi etc Note: it can be stored in air-tight containers under refrigerator up to 1-2 months.
