The tangy, spicy, buttery flavour with a lot of sev on top is just a lip-smacking experience I got during my college days. Ingredients
6 bread slice
1 medium-sized tomato (sliced)
1 medium-sized cucumber (sliced)
1 big potato (boiled and sliced)
1 medium beetroot  (boiled and sliced)
2-3 tbsp mint chutney
1-2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
Chaat masala as per taste
2 tbsp butter
½ cup sev
1 tbsp coriander leaves

Method of preparationApply butter on all the bread slices, then apply mint chutney, tomato ketchup, respectively.Now sprinkle chaat masala over all the sliced vegetable.Then assemble 2-3 sliced potato, 2-3 slices of tomato, 2-3 slices of cucumber, 2-3 sliced beetroot on one bread slice, then co…

" Mint chutney is a very popular dip served with almost all Indian chats, fritter(pakora), kebab etc. So here is my mom's recipe for mint chutney. It as a refreshing flavour and aroma with the tanginess from tamarinds. It is very easy to make and can stored up-to approx 2 weeks, thus very handy during Ramadan as it can be used in various chats and recipes beside as dip"

1 bunch mint leaves
1 bunch coriander leaves
¼  cup tamarind (soaked)
1-inch ginger
3-4 clove of garlic
3-4 green chillies
5-6 curry leaves

1 cup refined flour(maida)
2 tbsp butter(un-soften)
1 tbsp vanaspati (hydrogenated oil)

Chana Masala

Ingredients
2 cups  Whole Bengal gram(soaked - 12 hours)
2  medium onions(finely chopped)
2 tomatoes(finely chopped)
2 potatoes (cut in medium cubes)
3 cups water(boiling chana)
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp  Red chilli  powder
3-4 tsp Gram masala powder
1 cup tamarind
1 cup water (for soaking tamarind)
1 lemon juice
Salt to taste
3 tbsp coriander
