Ingredients
For pani puri water
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Ginger 1 small piece
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Green chillies 7-8
Pani puri masala 3 tbsp
Tamarind 1 cup
Dates(seedless) 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black salt to taste
Water 1ltr
For stuffing
White peas ( soaked )2 cups
Turmeric 2tsp
Salt to taste

Method
- .Add coriander,mint leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies in grinding jar. grind them finely in a smooth paste with little water.
- Take 1ltr water in a bowl and add the green paste into water add salt, pani puri masala and black salt . Keep it in a refrigerator for cooling.
- Now grind tamarind , dates and sugar in a grinder to a fine paste and mix it with the green water according to the preferences.
- Add white peas (Safed vatana) in a pressure cooker with turmeric and salt till soft and cook.
- Now serve, the puri with white peas (Safed vatana) stuffed and fill with pani puri water.
- Enjoy the flavourful,spicy and tangy Pani puri
