Street Style Toast Vegetable Sandwich " Street Style Toast Vegetable Sandwich is my recipes inspired by the sandwich stall in the street of Mumbai. The tangy, spicy, buttery flavour with a lot of sev on top is just a lip-smacking experience I got during my college days. A sandwich is the most popular street foods worldwide be it children's or adults all love them so make these sandwich as soon as possible and let me how it come to yo u " Ingredients 6 bread slice 1 medium-sized tomato (sliced) 1 medium-sized cucumber (sliced) 1 big potato (boiled and sliced) 1 medium beetroot  (boiled and sliced) 2-3 tbsp mint chutney 1-2 tablespoon tomato ketchup Chaat masala as per taste 2 tbsp butter ½ cup sev 1 tbsp coriander leaves Method of preparation Apply butter on all the bread slices, then apply mint chutney, tomato ketchup, respectively. Now sprinkle chaat masala over all the sliced vegetable. Then assemble 2-3 sliced potato, 2-3 slices of tomato,

Ingredients 2 cups  Whole Bengal gram(soaked - 12 hours) 2  medium onions(finely chopped) 2 tomatoes(finely chopped) 2 potatoes (cut in medium cubes) 3 cups water(boiling chana) 1 tsp Turmeric powder 2 tbsp  Red chilli  powder 3-4 tsp Gram masala powder 1 cup tamarind 1 cup water (for soaking tamarind) 1 lemon juice Salt to taste 3 tbsp coriander Method Boiled the soaked chana with 1 chopped onion, tomatoes, potatoes, gram masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and water pressure cooker till the chana and potatoes are soft.
