It is very easy to make and best for an occasion like a birthday party, family get together, also for tea time.  Noddle fritter can enjoy during the rainy season with a cup of hot ginger tea, experiencing the smell of wet mud, the sound of rain just like a popular recipe like onion pakora. The tangy, spicy, buttery flavour with a lot of sev on top is just a lip-smacking experience I got during my college days. A sandwich is the most popular street foods worldwide be it children's or adults all love them so make these sandwich as soon as possible and let me how it come to yo u " Ingredients 6 bread slice 1 medium-sized tomato (sliced) 1 medium-sized cucumber (sliced) 1 big potato (boiled and sliced) 1 medium beetroot  (boiled and sliced) 2-3 tbsp mint chutney 1-2 tablespoon tomato ketchup Chaat masala as per taste 2 tbsp butter ½ cup sev 1 tbsp coriander leaves Method of preparation Apply butter on all the bread slices, then apply mint chutney, tomato ketchup, respectively. " Mint chutney is a very popular dip served with almost all Indian chats, fritter(pakora), kebab etc. So here is my mom's recipe for mint chutney. It as a refreshing flavour and aroma with the tanginess from tamarinds.
