The tangy, spicy, buttery flavour with a lot of sev on top is just a lip-smacking experience I got during my college days. A sandwich is the most popular street foods worldwide be it children's or adults all love them so make these sandwich as soon as possible and let me how it come to yo u " Ingredients 6 bread slice 1 medium-sized tomato (sliced) 1 medium-sized cucumber (sliced) 1 big potato (boiled and sliced) 1 medium beetroot  (boiled and sliced) 2-3 tbsp mint chutney 1-2 tablespoon tomato ketchup Chaat masala as per taste 2 tbsp butter ½ cup sev 1 tbsp coriander leaves Method of preparation Apply butter on all the bread slices, then apply mint chutney, tomato ketchup, respectively. " Mint chutney is a very popular dip served with almost all Indian chats, fritter(pakora), kebab etc. So here is my mom's recipe for mint chutney. It as a refreshing flavour and aroma with the tanginess from tamarinds. Hara Masala "Hara masala is the main and core ingredient of all my recipes from curries to marinate in chicken I use this masala other than ginger-garlic paste ... I know its the same just with green chillies but trust me it gives another flavour to my recipes, thus I have shared this with all of you to get the same taste of my recipes..let me know how it comes for you in the comment box below and don't forget to follow by email." Ingredients Green Chillies 300 g Garlic  cloves 200 g Ginger (cut into small pieces)200 g Oil 1  tbsp Salt 1 tsp Method In mixer-jar, add green chillies, garlic, ginger salt and grind until smooth. Then add oil and grind for few more minute to make it more smooth. The hara masala is now ready to use in various marination, curry, sabzi etc Note: it can be stored in air-tight containers under refrigerator up to 1-2 months.

Ingredients 500 g   Chicken 3 tbsp  Garlic paste 3 tsp    Dried mixed herbs 2 tsp    Black pepper powder 1 tsp    Soy sauce 2 tbsp  Green chilly sauce Salt     to taste 2 tbsp  Refined flour(maida) 2 tbsp  Cornflour 3 tbsp  Bread crumbs 2 tbsp  semolina (Rava) Oil      for deep frying Method To Marinate chicken, add garlic paste,  dried mixed herbs, black pepper, soy sauce, green chilly sauce, Salt mix it well and keep for 1-2 hours for marinating. Gram masala powder "Gram masala is a heart of Indian cooking and therefore here is my recipe of gram masala which I use my recipes, its is aromatic, flavourful spice mix gives your food a delicious smell and taste , so why to buy from shops which are loaded with preservatives ....just made in ur home a wholesome, fresh and doubt free gram masala" Ingredients Green cardamom        5g Black pepper                5g Cloves                           5g Coriander seeds          30g Cumin                           20g Bay leaves                   10-5 leaves Fennel seed                 10g Cinnamon                    10g Big cardamoms          1-2 Mace                             few strands Poppy seeds(optional) 5g Gram masala Method Dry roast cumin, coriander seeds, poppy seeds and fennel seeds. Ingredients 2 cups  Whole Bengal gram(soaked - 12 hours) 2  medium onions(finely chopped) 2 tomatoes(finely chopped) 2 potatoes (cut in medium cubes) 3 cups water(boiling chana) 1 tsp Turmeric powder 2 tbsp  Red chilli  powder 3-4 tsp Gram masala powder 1 cup tamarind 1 cup water (for soaking tamarind) 1 lemon juice Salt to taste 3 tbsp coriander Method Boiled the soaked chana with 1 chopped onion, tomatoes, potatoes, gram masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and water pressure cooker till the chana and potatoes are soft. Chicken Pasta "Do know pasta is originally from orient countries, not from Itlay......although what it is from we all love eating pasta and thus here is my version of pasta for u all. Hope u love the recipe it is easy to make , try and let me know how's it. "  Ingredients 500g pasta 300g boneless chicken(cut into strips) 1cup Capsicum(cut into thin strips) 1cup carrot(cut into the thin strip) 3tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1tsp Turmeric 3tsp dried oregano 4-5 garlic cloves(pounded ) 1 small piece of ginger(pounded) 1-2 green chillies(finely chopped) 2tbsp green chilli sauce 1tbsp red chilli sauce 1tsp soy sauce 3tbsp oil Salt to taste Method Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and oregano for 1/2 hour. In a  saucepan, boil 1-2ltr water and raw pasta, salt, 1tbsp oil and cook till the pasta becomes soft (don't overcook). Now strain out the water, remains the pasta to cool.
