I learnt this recipe from my mother. We usually make this recipe when we have a get-together or in iftar during Ramadan or special occasions like birthday anniversaries or festive occasions like Eid. It's a healthy recipe if you skip the frying part and just cut the pieces after steaming as there is little cheese used so you can to this as your cheat meals during your diet it is highly rich in proteins,   vital vitamins and mineral. " Mint chutney is a very popular dip served with almost all Indian chats, fritter(pakora), kebab etc. So here is my mom's recipe for mint chutney. It as a refreshing flavour and aroma with the tanginess from tamarinds.
